Open the MAIN MENU (located in the left side of this page). Open the User Control Panel(CP). Find the link on the left that says Edit Avatar.

If you wish to upload your own avatar, please remember that the maximum size of the custom image you wish to use must be 150 by 150 pixels or 97.7 KB (whichever is smaller).
