pending moderation

HEy, I wrote a review and it still says pending moderation. Is that normal, how long does that take? best Can I also get the fee changed to 150.. people have been complaining about that..

The staff is here on a voluntary basis, we may not always be online however we do try our best to tend matters within a short time period. Needless to say there is no time frame for us to look at your review but we usually handle things within 24-48hrs.
