WOW I Really Having Bad Luck Here ( Car Issues ) Stuck in Monroe??

Looks I am kinda of stuck in Monroe, La with car issues... It will not go out of over drive and I all I know is that I am in Monroe stuck and don't even know where I am at?? The shops around here I was told will not be open until tomorrow...

Now what is a girl to do??? This is just not looking to good!!!
