Vacation to the Philippines

I am finally back from my vacation in the Philippines. It was a much needed break to go see family and loved ones. It felt so good to get back to my roots and eat some good home cooked island food. I am so glad to be back in Austin. I didn't realize how much I missed Austin until I got back!

Has anyone else been to the Philippines before?

I was there in 1968 too, Angeles City and Subic Bay

Angeles in 89.

Loved it. Literally had to be dragged out kicking and screaming. I had found paradise.

Have not been to the Philippines, but I have been to Greece. And, I would like to go back.

Lived there in Angeles City/ Balibago in the late 80s to early 90s. Life has been boring ever since.

I have friends that live there always tell me to come visit I may have to take them up on there offer.
