pms? amber crystal?

I got a pm from her saying she likes my posts and asking for my help because she's new when I replied it said she can't receive pms? I'm confused. I got this one time before too when replying to a gent about a date then he wrote me asking why I never got back to him and I still couldn't reply to him then his 3 Rd message wasn't so nice so I just deleted them all, warned my fiends about him, and forgot about it until I got this massage again.
