Weekend Hobby Time in El Paso?

I will be visiting El Paso from this coming week.

It occurs to me that many people only hobby M-F 9-5. So, since I may be alone a lot over the weekend I am looking for suggestions for fun weekend things to do in El Paso

I have never visited before and welcome suggestions for restaurants or museums of note.

wyler aerial tramway...they just renovated the zoo...plaza theater, or Cincinnati street...speaking rock casino and entertainment centre...museum of history...the city of el paso webpage has some things as well...when is your arrival?
