flashchat not working :(

I tried to download flashchat and everything and my eccie chat still isn't working idk what to do, Can someone solve my issue?

I can try to personally solve that issue.

But once I'm your presence, I don't think I can concentrate well enough to do it.

I'd uninstall Flashchat. That is the application they have installed on ECCIE for chatting but you don't need to install it.

Once uninstalled, make sure to download the newest Adobe Flash update:

Version 11.7.700.224 was released on June, 11, 2013

That's for XP and Vista, not sure what Windows 7 needs.

What OS are you using? A windows machine or a MAC?
