Name clarification

The facts of the matter are these:

We've seen providers pop up with new names and their old ones get mentioned immediately with no action taken.

Providers create second handle all the time. This is a new name, and if it gets connected to the provider, it's a violation of your new rule.

People want to protect providers but they also want to protect their investment by being able to research these "reinvented" providers.

If a hooker changes her name for security reasons because of something in her personal life, then posting pics under a new handle is the height of stupidity, and doesn't deserve protection from the moderators here.

Discuss it amongst yourselves and put up a sticky or a new forum guideline, because until you do, you can't punish anyone for mentioning the former names of providers using a directive you bury two pages into a random Welcome thread...
