Are the only "safe providers" those that add the disclaimer that "donations are for time and companionship only."
Also, why do not all providers add this disclaimer?
Thanks.
heh your kidding right
As it can be safe or unsafe no matter where you look. Also one can be safe for one guy but not the other.
can I ask, safe in general or just from LE ??
see I would feel safe with many on eccie, yet a few not so. If I named unsafe some would say I wrong yet feel unsafe with one I'm ok with. before even thinking about LE. But one can never not forget that part.
It is a gray area. I always post this or something along these lines:"*I have no menu, rates, or services. I am just looking for a Gentleman that will give a Donation towards Reimbursing me for my room, travel expenses, & time. Do not ask any private or crude questions. I don't do any illegal substances, smoke, or do ANYTHING illegal.*" because it is true and my lawyer told me to.
The disclaimers are for the provider's safety, not the client's safety.
Lexxxy is keeping it simple. I think that is all that is needed to make an argument on a providers behalf incase of a sting and no menu items are documented. Really wordy on ones turn me off as a client.
I have a cliche I like to live by and is from the bible of all things, "be wise as a serpant, and harmless as a dove", and the disclaimer follows that advice.
I think most providers that get arrested, get arrested for other prohibited topics. It would be interesting to get sting data, and see what resulted in convictions.
I have never once paid for sex nor will I ever pay for it.
Sex should be free and anyone that pays for it is enabling a bad thing.
You people disgust me in ways I can't even describe.
I pay for companionship though.
Good , naked, sexy, fun companionship.
Now get over here, get down on your knees and let me force feed you my companionship. Grab your hair, pin you against the wall, put my hand around your throat....
Been a couple of days (Sorry)
I'm not saying you shouldn't put in the disclaimer but if a cop wants to arrest you he will. And the disclaimer likely will not mean shit if it goes to court.
I don't think there is any way to be 100% safe but also agree that you need to be a moron to get busted (or enjoy the excitement of living on the edge).

Not to bust your balls, Trojan, I just think, since there is no guarantee, people should just know that getting busted is a possibility every single time you engage. Even if it's somebody you've seen before you've got to know them pretty damn well to be sure they're not helping LE out to avoid some trouble of their own.
I agree with you clikr so I have no issue with your response. I should have been more clear. There is always risk but the range is huge. There is a huge difference between cruising bp for the next best thing and going for an established provider where both parties have pretty thoroughly screened each other. All of the news reports here in the alerts are about bp stings and I've seen none about busting sex workers who thoroughly screen. LE goes for low hanging fruit and what gets the public behind them.
Of course, since we're near the border, you can go to the GWN get a room and have one come to you. Perfectly legal (but make sure they're old enough)
Oh yeah, you see news reports about amps too but they usually advertise in bp as well.
He probably means safe from LE sting..arresting u, booking u and putting u in the paper... It really depends... The disclaimer
Someone needs to remember how to download porn.
I usually stay away from ads with the companionship disclaimer because I have been burnt by the companionship angle a few times, as in, once the money is handed over it becomes clear she means it. I'm sure I'll take some shit, but I learned that lesson a few times, still not sure I couldn't fall for it but it has been awhile. I might miss some gems but I've had less trouble.
To answer the OP, I consider ads with that disclaimer less safe.
