A question for the ladies.....

and gentlemen too, if you've had experince with it.
I'm talking about the No-No shaver. Does it really work as advertsied? How long before the hair grows back and can you use it in sensetive areas?
Keep seeing the commercials and was just wondering!

I'd like a recommendation on a regular electric shaver.

Don't want to buy one and find out it is not to my satisfaction.
