Review not linked to provider...

Hi. I posted a review http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=794338 on Lisa Lowe http://www.eccie.net/providers.php?do=view&id=79179 and it's been approved as of 07/20/13 at 8:00am but it doesn't show up under her "reviews" section in her profile. Is there a way to fix this? Does it take a while for it to show up? I've posted other reviews that showed up in the providers review section before the review was even approved. Thanks in advance.

It can take a while. We have to approve all reviews manually. Then, it goes into a group to be assigned to a provider. This is also done manually. So, sometimes it takes a little longer.
