If so, how long did you wait before you started "working" again?
I just got mine done, and am getting alot of different answers...ALL responses very appreciated!

The healing process takes an entire year. And the first few months are super duper important!!
With that being said, listen to your body (and not other folks).
If youre still sore, dont try to out do yourself
