I'm 97% with you and it'll likely be the 3% that screws me. I've actually spoken to her twice. I was in Rochester on another visit that seemed like it was falling through and gave her a call to feel things out. She was available and admittedly sounded a little out of it... My main appt did come through so I didn't connect with Nikki.

I'll keep monitor the situation for tangible good or bad news.. I won't be TOFTT on this one .
