Provider review question

I was unable to find it on the site but how long do you have to post a provider review? I seem to recall it was only 30 days. I got a little busy & now my visit with the provider is about 45 days ago. Is it too late to post it? Thanks

You may post a review anytime. However, you will receive Premium Access credit only if it was posted within thirty days of the visit.
