Chiefs vs. Saints

What a game.. I hope things pick-up for them this year.
What did you guys think about last nights game?

Chiefs - 13 to Saints - 17

K.. Was a good game I like our starters but clearly our backups will need some work..it's real early so there is room for improvement.. Lets keep the ball in our playmakers hands

the first Drive was nice, the D was good on the saints first drive... The rookies and other 2nd string players need some work esp on the D... Brown needs to be gone.. He's been playing for 3 years and for those 3 years he hasn't been great.. Last night it showed he didn't need to be on the team... He will be lucky to be on the PS.. Im worried about the D, we might have some good starters but the SS,FS and CB's get hurt and we are screwed.. No one really impressed me on the back ups.. That CB, #34 I think, last name Agnew, needed to be cut last night after the game. He was burnt toast about every play he was in on. The Saints backup QB knew it and consistently threw his way with a high level of success. Agnew is a scrub.

JS bro its easy to blame the corner, but it could very well have been blown assigments from others, he looked like he was looking for safety help that appeared to arrive very late, but hey, this is the first game, most of these guys are going to get cut anyway, their is no game planning and the defense is very vanilla, I wouldnt be concerned unless they look this way in the 3rd game.

Oh, I'm not concerned at all. The type of defense they want to run though is alot of man to man bump coverage and Agnew (unless he just had a piss poor game) just can't cut it. It's preseason so it's not a biggie, I just don't see him making this team.

Hell JS it must of reminded you of a few Ruskin games from back in the day LOL. I dont know much about Agnew so I am not sure of his pedigree, he did look like he did not have a clue what the defense was suppose to be doing, at least they can get better, Ruskin never did
