I found a great new way to get STD testing done that is fast, easy, and most importantly, discreet.

There used to be a walk in clinic in OP that I would go to for STD screening that took cash and didn't ask alot of questions. Last month I found out that they no longer provide STD screening, so I have been looking for a discreet way to get tested.

I found a site online that is structured similar to how AIM testing worked, and gave it a shot. I couldn't be more happy with the results!

Here is the website: http://www.stdtestexpress.com/

You will be asked to pay by credit card, and will need to provide an email address to create an account so that you can get your results online. So here are the quick and easy steps to getting tested discreetly with no paper trail

1. Preload $219 onto a pre-paid CC available at any Walgreen's or CVS ($219 is the cost of an 8 test STD panel, all fees included).

2. Create a disposable email address.

3. Call or go to the website to order the tests. You will be directed to the nearest lab for a blood draw and urine sample.

4. Sign onto your fake email, activate your account with STDtestexpress, then sign onto STDtestexpress 3 business days after your blood draw to view your results.

Easy peasy! This site is faster and cheaper than the clinic I used to go to, and is as discreet as it gets. Hope some of you find this information helpful and useful!

Thanks for the info! A great resource for discreet testing.

As an add on resource, anyone can get tested for free up to once a month at The Jackson County Health Dept. I thought it was only for Jackson County residents but recently confirmed that it is available for anyone.

It is not a full panel but tests for the most prevalent diseases; chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, trichomoniasis and HIV.

Pregnancy tests are also available at no cost for those who are tested.

So just washing the bit's and peace's won't clear up any problems up.
now they have test's, how long will I get to study.. I don't want to fail the test...
Thanks
Good information to have, but what about std testing isn't discreet?? I go to the health dept. and it is very discreet. They take any method of payment and they also offer vouchers to assist with the balance either in part or full.

Any testing is better than no testing. No matter how safe you are, scheduled and routine testing should be a standard for anyone in the hobby.
@Arianna, that does make more sense now that you put it that way. For me, I don't care who sees me or knows I'm getting tested. Its part of life. I feel good knowing I care enough about my life and others by getting my routine testing done.
Admittedly, it has been at least a decade or longer since I had any dealings with a health department, but when I was in college and went to the health department to get an STD test done I first had to fill out a bunch of forms, then my results were mailed to me.

For many, providing alot of personal information would be a deal breaker, and receiving test results through the mail would definitely be a deal breaker.

I'm sure that many things have changed in the years since I last used the health department, and hopefully test results no longer have to be mailed out. This post was intended to provide options and information about testing discreetly and easily.
Don't get me wrong, its a very resourceful thread for those that are worried about discretion when getting tested.

The health department here in Wichita gives you a private code at the end of your appointment so that when either you are called or when you call them for results you simply give them your code and your results are discreetly read to you. Its pretty simple and they will identify themselves however you request them to when they do call your phone. They are always friendly and nonjudgemental. At least I have good experiences when I get my routine tests done.
Gemma, Works the same way here. No mail. You call back in. I always get immediate results with high accuracy due to disclosure and meeting with an epidemiologist. If you want to disclose that you are in the adult industry you can get rapid testing and find out results immediately with a high level of accuracy as well as get treated on the spot.

Sins...great info, wasn't offering this as a better option, but just another for anyone whose be reading. You always have great vet input. My thought process was that if people don't value the importance of testing, they may not be willing to invest themselves and the safety of others. Who knows who may be reading, jut growing it out there

I recently used the Joco health dept. I felt it was fairly discreet. They gave me a code, I called and got the results. In my case the results were negative. However what would have happened if the results were positive? Would they expect me to give them the names and numbers of everyone I've been with?
Uhmm....they may ask you, but it's all in your head. What are you going to list, "bunny hops" from Olathe. No, you don't say anyone and then it's your responsibility to get in touch with anyone that you may have affected. Don't involve the government in any of your business....especially your sex life.
