What you need to do is eat HEALTHY. Yes, hotdogs are bad for you, where are you getting this information????
I go to a personal trainer and I told him straight out, I don't want to lose my ass and hips. I've lost a few inches, my the overall appearance of my bottom end is fabulous. We also focus a lot on my abs.
Per my trainer, I'm to eat 30 grams of protein all day. No fried fatty nastiness, that shit clogs your arteries and makes it harder to move your body. We also do not run, jog, nothing. No intense long term cardio. We do do suicides and some other high pace, fast impact cardio to get my heart rate up before we move to the weights.
We do a LOT of weight lifting. Lots of different leg stuff. I've literally almost cried because of the (what I thought was impossible and hard) activities we did but it all paid off in the end. We did abs everyday (a thinner waist will create the illusion of more curves) and worked the whole body. But a lot of squats and lunges.
But yeah, stay away from the nasty shit. And don't waste your money on some fad product at whatever store. That's a temp fix. Do some work for yourself. It's your body, you have to live it in all your life, might as well have a perfectly functioning body at 60 rather than some flabby, artery clogged, oversupplemented mess.
