Does anyone know of a cheap cell service in KC?
I know about boost, but was wondering if there are any other good/cheep ones here in kc.

Is this phone for hobby or personal?

If for Hobby just get Google Voice it's free and you can answer calls & texts with your laptop.
my friend is coming down here in september or october.. she doesnt have a phone.. she wants a business and a personal.. so both LOL
Straight Talk from Wal-Mart. Unlimited everything for $45.00 a month and I havent found anyplace without service. The only bad thing is that if you want the neat new phones like the IPhone or Galaxy you pay a premium.

I have Virgin and it runs on Sprint's 4G network. A smartphone plan is 50$. They have both iPhones and Galaxies.

Walmart has StraightTalk with unlimited everything for $45 plus tax. They also just came out with another prepaid plan that is less than that, but the name is eluding me. Old age?

I've used Cricket for 7 years and use it all over the U.S. I only pay $55 a month unlimited everything and the best part if your month is up and u can't pay the whole bill u can get an extension for 7 days for $20.
Try Family Mobile from Walmart.
I hate Wal-Mart as much as the next person but they are a bargain for cell service. If you already have a phone that users a SIM card you can use that, if not you can get a new smart phone for around $200.
Monthly I pay $31.12 for unlimited talk, text and web.
Its just another t-mobile product but at a better price.
No credit check required, but have to give them ss#.

Great, if you want to keep a separate phone just for one purpose only. Give them a fake name and address. Pay cash, and you have a phone that you can just pitch when you want.

For what that is worth.
