Not really sure how one lady's behavior is related to the rest on here. Unless she was part of some group or agency it seems a bit unfair to say that one provider's bad habits reflect badly on all VPs as these ladies are individuals and should be treated and "judged" as individuals.

If anything the dependable, upstanding ladies of the site should be grateful for the flakiness of the few as we hobbyists then appreciate the good ones even more.
