help. problems creating an account

I wanted to help make my friend an account on here but she keeps getting these error messages when she completes and submits the sign up form.

Any idea what we are doing wrong?

If she is using your computer and it says that you can not have 2 accounts, there is the problem. It would appear is if you are trying to open a second account. If so contact websupport@eccie.net

Try once more.....if that fails contact websupport at the address Torito gave you.

It would probably be wise to register from a computer.....an iphone isnt the same, while it might work it just makes it more difficult.
