Need some counsel........

Anyone know which Sony PSP is the best one to buy? I've read reviews on Amazon but those things make my head spin there are so many of them.
I am wanting one to read books, watch movies, MAYBE surf the web>>>>>Can they do that? I have NO clue but they look like fun little toys and since they are not popular anymore CL and pawn shops are overrun with them . Thought the graphics were awesome so maybe i'd pick one up of 50 somewhere.

I would suggest a tablet. So many out there, you should be able to get one for 75 bucks or less. Don't know much about psps, but I do know that 50 bones is a bargain! :-)
