Touring El Paso

I want to come to El Paso sometime this coming week most likely on Monday. This will be my first visit to the area.
I have decided to retire at the end of the year,to futher my education and plan for a family in the near future.
I want to visit at least 2 or 3 times if things go well during my visit.
I'm wondering if the city will be good to me

I need a little help before I visit.
Any info on what areas/hotels to avoid and maybe some suggestions on a few good restaurants/hotels would be very helpful.
The hotel price is no issue but safety and discreetion is a MUST.

IF YOU CAN PROVIDE ME WITH ANY INFO it would be very helpful.
PLEASE RESPOND HERE OR PM ME ASAP PLEASE.

Thanx so much I hope to see you soon.

Pretty much the areas around the airport and along I10 near Cielo Vista mall have been where every provider I've seen likes to stay. It's near the airport/major mall/Fort Bliss so it's pretty safe and a high traffic area.

It seems a lot of guys from EP don't prebook, either out of laziness or because they've had so many providers flake they don't see the need to even put in the effort. Hopefully that doesn't happen to you, but just seems to be what I hear/read.

Thanks zx10 for responding. This information is very helpful now I at least have an idea on what area I should be staying in.

I find that a lot of guys don't pre-book anymore these days lol, which is understandable.
I am so excited since this will be my first time visiting El Paso.

BTW I love the Avatar

Again thanks so much

If you like electronic music, you picked the perfect time to come to EP--the sun city music festival is labor day weekend. The tickets can be a bit pricy though. Unfortunately, if you don't like electronic music, then you came to EP at one of the worst times. Due to the SCMF, expect room rates to be inflated near Ascarate Park.
