Review Response Our 1st "NO" under new management

We received our first "NO" review a couple of days ago, and I would like to personally apologize for the lack-luster performance of the provider. We take our reviews very seriously! We have zero-tolerance for half-as* service.
I won't attempt to make excuses on her behalf, because it doesn't matter how early in the morning it was or how much sleep she got the night before. If our models are not up to the task, we would rather reschedule the appt.

OUR POLICY:
All sessions with GFX are SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! If you are not 110% satisfied with your appt, then we are prepared to do whatever it takes to make it right including but not limited to absorbing the full amount of your session or offering a make up session.

Therefore, BEFORE writing a negative review, contact management ask for "M". I'm sure I can make arrangements that will make you smile. Furthermore, our goal is to eliminate all doubt and risk when it comes to selecting a quality provider by having ALL of our models provide excellent service.

Best Regards,

"MRS. M"

Footnote: If you think you can abuse this policy think again! (This policy is not retroactive)

Hey GFX glad to see your response. I have not personnally see any of your girls. I have my normal girls I see, so maybe I might give one a try. When I read a No review I understand that not all guy and girl combinations will fit, I have seen girls with NO reviews before. But I do not like girls to look at, take calls or even think about their phone.

Thanks for the honesty.

"Mrs. M", glad to see that you're treating this as the customer service business that it is. Very encouraging!

In the case of TS46's review, you would do yourself a favor by making your policy retroactive.

Wow...great customer oriented perspective.

Now, knowing some of the "new breed of numb nuts" out there, they may take this good faith offer and treat it like WALMART and write bad reviews JUST to get a free/reduced rate as a "refund" !!!

so hope both sides on this offer are legit bcuz there is ALWAYS 2 sides to every story and somewhere in the middle is the TRUTH!

Thanks GFX, I for one have been privy to your exceptional service.

I have seen only one GFX girl, Mei Ling, and she was outstanding. That being said, it is very refreshing to see that the managment understands this is a customer service oriented business and are willing to do whatver it takes to satisfy your customers.

Kudos to you, Mrs. M for stepping up.

I doubt I'll ever have to contact you as a dissatisfied customer, but if I do, I know you'll make every effort to make things right.

Excellent policy!! I hope others are also paying attention to this, and the positive reactions that it is generating.
