I need a few White Nights! Scared!

I have been texting back and forth with a wanna be client. He asked me to send him a pic so I sent him one of my new ones.
He claims he opened it and it crashed his computer and now he is going to send me the bill for a new computer!!

I don't know if he is crazy or a scammer or what. the creep has my address as we had set up an appointment that never happened.
do I ignore him? what options do I have?

Oh wow! What a wierdo. If he cant afford to fix his raggedy computer then he damn sure cant afford to pay you for a session. Just be careful. Do you have his name?

I have his first name, phone number and email address. now he is threatening to sue me!!

Ignore him. Be familiar with the state laws of when/how to use deadly force in your state. If he threatens you call the police. Do not engage him any more.

What is in the water up there? Craziest things happen in KC.

Ignore him. He cannot sue you for a computer. And don't respond to his e-mails and/or texts.

If you ignore him, chances are good that he'll stop bothering you. If he doesn't, then go to Plan B, whatever that might be.

My first question to you is, why are you sending your pics out to guys? You should have a website that they can go to and view or have your showcase on here updated. Some guys will take your picture and submit it to different sites for the fun of it. Others use it for their enjoyment and probably won't book with you.

I never give an address out to a guy until he has called me from the first location I tell him to go to. Simple 2 call system, keeps you safe.

Tell him good luck in suing you. And listen to Herm, know your laws when it comes to your home and deadly force. Do what you need to do to keep yourself safe.

Sounds like he is trying to scare you and setting you up to tru amd scam a free session oit of you to call it even. Ignore him.

he texted me that Best Buy was able to save his hard drive! but they did say the last thing he opened (my pic) caused the crash. sounds like BS still....I have sent pics to others with no problem
He said "you are sooooo lucky!"
and if am done with him forever....then yes I feel very lucky
but I have a feeling it wont be the last I hear from him
