trying to add new pics to showcase

all my old pics are there when I go to edit showcase

where is the option to upload new pics>

I think you only get 20 pictures total in your showcase. Try deleting some of your old ones and then I think it will let you upload...but I'm no expert.

You are right SM, Angel Showcase can hold max of 20 images, if you want to upload (update) then you have to remove some and upload.
