I try to make it as smooth as possible. If you keep your balls nice and smooth also, I find ladies that doesn't normally do bls will do it without you asking just bc they were taken care of.

I shave when I know play time is coming. If nothing is on the horizon I just keep it trimmed. I like it because of the deeper penetration, not the oral benefits. It's only 2 inches so I need to drill as deep as I can.
