Relocating soon, but not immediately

I am slowly in the process of relocating to KC. Does anyone know of any rental houses with easy-going landlords? Good location is VERY important. Or does anyone have an awesome landlord that owns multiple rental properties?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
I do NOT want to live in KCK. Thanks!

Gemma
Oops! Forgot to edit within my hour time frame LOL. But please pm me with any recommendations.

Thanks, Gemma

By KCK I assume that you mean all of Johnson County including Mission, Leawood, Olathe, Overland Park, Prairie Village, Lenexa, and all those little towns.
I think it just may be harder for me to get into a place in the op area. Definitely not Kansas City, Ks though.
Op is getting pricey. But some nice places.

Download the Trulia and Zillow apps. You input that you want to look at rentals and what you want with everything from price range to rooms and it pulls up want you want on a map and screens out what you don't. You can even use the 'draw' features on each and draw the area you want to search on the map. They overlay icons on the map and tapping the icon gets you pictures, pricing, contact info, etc.

I think if she meant Jo Co, she would have posted Jo Co

I think KCK is Wyandotte Co.

There is this well known problem with Johnson County, not just KCK. I was asking a question.

Zillow is one pretty big source. How about you tell us what you're looking for acreage, size, location?
I do not mind living in Jo Co at all, I just figured landlords might be a little stricter.. Demanding paystubs, proof of employment and so forth. I don't mind the area as I don't hobby out my home. Wyandotte county is definitely out! Thanks @noleftturn, I could not think of the name of that dang county last night. Lol. I mainly am interested in a nice area to live...nice safe neighborhood. (NOT the hood) I will also look into those apps bartipero.

Thanks Guys!!

So, don't paint the entire county with the same brush. I do, however, work in the most depressed (and depressing) parts of WyCo, so there are certainly areas to avoid.

Welcome to KC Metro, Gemma, wherever you specifically land!
Aawww, Gulp... Guilty as charged. That was very wrong of me Wizard. I am not familiar enough with Wyandotte County so I did paint the entire county negatively based on the little I do know. I apologize. Thanks for catching that and it just goes to show that we should never judge a book by its cover lol!

Thanks for the pre-welcome hun!

I'd invite ya out to the house sometime, but, well, ya know.....

You are relatively safe on the west side of Legends, you know where people actually pay their taxes.
