new to eccie! how do i advertise?

I thought that I sent an email to verify myself, but i have not heard anything back. I would really like to get started posting but Im no sure how to do this. I have two reviews on here under tori and a friend that can verify me. Shes a very well known girl on here. How do I start getting access to advertise!! PLEASE HELP!!
