Why are reviews like these moved to COED?

A reason given on that thread is "the rules" but I cannot find such a rule.
IMO, If there was enough deception/miscommunication where one of the parties walks, this is relevant and belongs in the review section.
If both parties meet face to face: It is a review. maybe no ROS credit, but should still remain as a review

Actually, it's "did the session take place" that is the standard for "is this a review?"
If no activities (beyond a meeting at a door, or other contact) happen, then it's not supposed to be a review.
YMMV on specifics, but that's the general standard.

I have, over the years, meet several ladies face to face without a session. So if we were to use the that as a guide it could mean we would have to guess at the intent of the face to face meeting. Too subjective and too many clicks here to allow that subjective of reason to classify it as a review. It is easy to define by did BCD take place, if so then it is a review, as Duke has explained above.

Namssa, there is a big difference between running into someone at a social and booking a session.
No Activities? If a guy wasted hours of his time contacting a provider, booking a session, getting money, driving to an incall, the door opens and he walks because instead of Salma Hayek he he was greeted Rosanne Barr.... you are saying there was "no activity"..
Wouldnt you find this information more useful than some guys accounting of how many times he popped in an hour?
Do you really want to make it easier for people who make their bait and switch tactics so bad that a client walks away?

No service took place in carla review but she got paid and in jersey case she did not show up but they did communicate
