Thinking of coming to San Antonio

I was thinking of taking a trip SA, but have never been. What is a good side of town to do incall? Any info is greatly appreciated!

1. Med Center Area--between 410 1nd 1604 on IH10 West
2. Airport Area -- between IH 35 and 281 on loop 410
