I don't know what your requirements are for a room but I25 area gets booked up quick during that time. hotel circle off I 40 is a crap shoot plus some other issues with that area, try mid town or off I40 off Carlisle
Lots of options in the area at and around the airport.

I would think over the weekend would be better for a visit than over the weekdays.
