Cologne

Looking to make a change and curious which colognes that the female members of the board prefer.

I am late 30's, caucasian, wear shirt and tie to work, and I interact with public on a regular basis but not in sales.

I have been a Cool Water guy for about the past 10 years. I don't dislike the fragrance it is just outdated and I am ready for a change.

I went to Macy's this past weekend and got some excellent help from some wonderful employees but got to the point of paralysis from analysis. After smelling all those little cardboard squares it became difficult to select a "favorite".

Ones I remember liking:
1. 1 Million by Paco Rabanne
2. Light Blue by D & G
3. Bleu by Chanel
4. Chrome United by Azzaro

I am open to other suggestions. Just curious what the ladies like.

Sounds like we have similar jobs;
I switch mine up every time the previous runs out.
"Light Blue by D & G" and "Bleu by Chanel" are good, may also want to check out
Lacoste Sport, Guccie Guilty, or D & G The One.

Avoid: based on my personal experience of course
English Laundry - Riviera - Oil based and can stain certain material plus the scent changes slightly day to day and can be a little strong.

- His Majesty - Starts off smelling good but by the end of the day has a slight sour to stale scent (to me anyway)

I wear Eternity for men (Calvin Klein). No complaints from providers. Of course, my cologne comes with Benjamins, so perhaps the Benjamins' smell overwhelm Eternity's

I shower. Steer real clear of cologne smelling gents. But will follow the thread to see if there is a strong lady response.

I use Bvlgari and most ladies seem to like it.

+1 for Bvlgari Aqva
I agree with Doug. I shower every damned day, sometimes more than once. My aftershave is a fragrance free lotion.
I use Polo sparangly because, like upper end perfumes, a little goes a long way.
