Changing MY handle

What changes, besides my handle name, when I change my handle? I still have the same record right as far as post and reviews? Really need to change it to my "stage" name to make it easier for people searching me and reviews. What are the pros or cons of doing this? Also how do I do it?

If you wish to just change your account's handle, that can be done without changing anything else about your account. The Verified Provider status, reviews and access to the Infoshare forums all remain as is.
