i dont do the goin to get my nails done..the stuff they use destroys my nails..
and make them wafer thin..so i keep them nicely trimmed and clean..
my toes..as well nicely trimmed...i cant workout in socks..they suffocate my feet..
i do try to keep them as well maintained as possible..id love to workout without
any shoes on too, however..tried it and it hurt the balls of my feet too much..so back
on with the shoes..
occasionally ill slap some polish on them..but it doesnt last long on the the toe nails..
due to the workin out thingy.
and i found i chew the crap outa my fingernails and i chip at them all day long...
apparently i have a disorder called.."if im wearing polish I will chip it off and chew the nails"...
good thing is..i dont have that disorder with my toenails..
