P411 and Gmail

So P411 put this notice about their emails going to a weird folder in gmail... and sure enough, I search P411 in my search box and find all these prescreening and appt requests. SMDH

So if you have sent me one, I'm going through them now!! I apologize for the wait, I didn't even realize they were there and I am NOT ignoring any of you.

I want to double thank you. I just read how to get to the p411 stuff and I have a CRAP TON. I have so many okays I have to give and stuff to answer I feel awful. My apology to everyone.

Gmail a few months ago put a new set of default folders in place to "assist gmail users" -- yeah right!

Put in place to prioritize gmail advertising and other offers.

The best way, imo, to handle frequent incoming mail, such as P411, is to create a folder in your gmail... lets say A-P411 (since folders are alphabetical, the A will keep it high on your folder list. Then you create a filter to direct mail that the sender's addy includes "P411.com" or whatever those mails use, and they will plop into your folder, not into spam or inbox or whatever gmail think it ought to be.

Whenever a new P411 mail arrives, that folder will boldface telling you there is new mail.

And, I'm sure there's a way to revert the new reply mail interface to default, but I have not figured that out which is why the subject lines on many of outgoing mails have been screwed up lately. If I am operating on a caffeine deficit, the screwups only get worse!
