Hi y'all,
After enjoying New Orleans several times during the off-season this year, I have decided to try an extended visit during the second half of October. Hotel prices really jump around Halloween, so I was planning to leave town on the 30th and spend that weekend somewhere else. I was wondering, though, whether it's worthwhile to stay in town during that time. Does the city being flooded with visitors mean that there is more hobbying going on? Do the locals still hobby that week, or is it a time for gentlemen to be with their families and for working girls to sublet their Incalls to tourists?
Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
