Terms & Acronyms

Have to admit these terms and acronyms are tough.

I have used glossaries and searched for others but cannot seem to find many of the terms i see here.

Any suggestions for a good glossary or terms list?

OK, so what is TCB? Did not see it on the list.

Taking Care of Business:
Refers to how well one is able the expedite the pre-session formalities.
(Answers the phone quickly. Returns calls quickly. Checking references. Fresh & clean upon greeting. yada yada yada....)
