Please don't draw similarities between these two women. Kate is effortless and classy in what she does. And in my opinion, she doesn't see the need to show off her figure in the most obscene ways. Kim is just off to a horrible start. But, what do you expect?

She's been enhanced for sure. I've seen her pre-surgery pics and her thighs/legs don't match her huge ass imo which is usually giveaway (of "natural" or more synthetic enhancement like implants). It could be real but not the ass she was exactly born with as she could have had the brazilian butt lift which can make your ass look bigger (I think they "recycle" your own fat back into your ass too).

I agree, I watched her reality show out of curiosity at one point it was an awful experience! So much drama and ridiculous acting people. I hope acting is key and that is not how they actually are but I do have my doubts they are any different. I am not a judge though just an opinion based on what I know but what I know is only what i publicized which is more than likely all the most negative.
