What happened to the Search Feature?

I noticed that the search feature is missing, and I sure do miss it!

I'm not Staff but -- I still have "Search This Thread" & "Search This Forum", ???

I also have it. Are you sure you were not looking while already inside a thread? And are you sure you are logged in and not guest?

I was accustomed to see the search tab on the homepage of this site!

If your screen is like mine, below the black bar, and above the blue one which has the folders and sub-folders you are accessing at the time is an area of white that has some little dark bars that stick upright into that white area. THAT is where the search feature has 'disappeared' into. The one you are looking for is on the right. The word search will show up in yellow when you hit it.

I know it's F'ed up but that's what I've found and dunno how to change it, so am trying to get used to it.
