Digital artists can do some really amazing things with photoshop.

Let's face it, most of the local photographers that do escort photos aren't going to 1. have those skills, and 2. put that much effort into a 200/300$ session. To get the REAL artists to manipulate photos like exampled above, a chick would have to put up a weeks worth of work or more. That is very unlikely for the average provider here.

Minor edits, yeah, blemish removals yup... some color effects or blurring are about the average. A little liquify... maybe.. lipsuction.. um, no.

Let's also keep in mind that "photoshopping" is a blanket term now used as a descriptor for pretty much any photo edit, using ANY program, including just adding a fucking name to a pic. We have one lady*cough* that screams to the mountain tops that she never 'shopped her pics.. but the brush marks are visibly all over. *sigh*

Most of what I do is extend or alter the background. Since I like using hard light I also dodge and burn to increase the dramatic effect and sometimes fade (but never erase) lines that are exaggerated by the high lighting ratio I favor. I've only had one lady ask if I could "cover her flaws" with Photoshop, but I'm afraid I won't be shooting her because of it. Now I have blurred (but not covered) a tattoo for privacy sake, and even went so far as to fabricate digital Mardis Gras type masks to cover a face, but again, that's about privacy.

The bigger key is posing, if every shot in a showcase is either a headshot or the lady in the prone position there is likely a reason for it. I did have one lady I shot absolutely forbid my showing any of the resulting images, "because they look too much like me".

I still contend that some editing makes an otherwise sterile digital image look more like the subject in many cases than no editing at all.

Photoshop Elements, a stripped-down version, actually has a one-button feature that will make you look skinnier. Seriously.

Whoops...look out, Pandora's Box...

There's an app for andriod called PhotoWonder and believe me it is a photo wonder!!!!! If I were the type who didn't give two shit about my reputation or hobby-karma, I would be passing myself off as a bp barbie doll errrrie-day c'mon.

Pretty cool app just to mess with for fun though. Kind of a 'what if I got this surgery' app. Lol
