How Do I Make My Profile Have A Avitar?

Can some one please help me, i am new to this site && it is confusing as hell LOL

but im sure in time i will figure it out.

Open the Main Menu in the left side of your browser.

Click on User CP (User Control Panel).

Find the link (on the left side of the browser) that is called Edit Avatar.
