In the IPR forum, there are two options for creating a new thread.
One is new review, and one is new thread.
If "threads" are not welcomed in said forum... why does the option exist??
The fact that there was a "new thread" button is the reason I created the post in that forum.
Is THAT really the reason the thread is not welcome there?
