What is the typical turn time for a review to be looked at and decided on by the Mods here in Dallas?
It is difficult to say a "typical" time. The time depends on how many reviews have been recently written and the availability of staff members. On occasion I have processed reviews less than 5 minutes old. In times of an exceptional number of reviews, it can sometimes take a few days. For example, recently there were many reviews posted, and possibly less availability of staff to process. The backlog was a few days. I processed 150 reviews in one day. I don't always have enough time available to do that. There really is not a typical time. We get it done as quickly as we can.
The exact same explanation goes for assigning reviews to providers, except that process is even more time consuming. Assignment can be sped up and made more accurate by listing the provider's exact ECCIE handle in the TITLE of the review and giving a link to her profile or showcase in the Website space of the format.
Thanks for your question. I know that there is a lot of confusion about this. The more that members understand the process, the smoother it will go.
