Cold/Flu Season Reminder!

We are now approaching the time of year where nasty bugs go around.
This morning I had to turn a Gent away for showing up with a cough and the sniffles so I figured I would give a reminder.
Keep your germs to yourself PLEASE!
I have to take extra precautions with my medical issues (hypothyroidism & Asthma) so a cold for me could mean hospitalization.
If you are getting sick,are sick, or almost over a cold PLEASE don't book with me. I would rather have every single date cancel and lose my $500 overhead cost than spend a week in the hospital on a nebulizer and antibiotics that make me vomit blood again.
I hope everyone stays healthy and happy, if not, please don't share it!

I really don't find anything funny about possibly losing a regular that drives to my house from Cleveland at least twice a month for 3 hour dates. That's a friend and 800-1200 a month I may have lost. A red peeling runny nose, bronchial spasm Cough attacks, and a scratchy voice is not something to mess with, it could literally kill me.
Have you ever had ribs broken from Cpr numerous times or your throat torn from having a breathing tube forced down it? If so maybe you wouldn't find it so funny or be such a douche
My 2 triggers are being around heavy smoke for long periods of time without medicating before hand and getting sick so I'm careful with My life.

I totally understand getting sick due to a client not canceling a visit due to them being
sick and coughing and hacking up slimy mucus in their throats.
the visit just isnt gonna be the same if they show up sick or unwashed.
and it will be a very short visit..

The only time I had to cancel an appointment was due to an illness I came into contact with a couple days before the appointment. I didn't want to spread it to the lady is was to see, so I called and let her know. When I was feeling better, we did get together, and she did give me a small discount for thinking of her health and not showing up sick.

Kinda works both ways. Had an appt last month where she's taking breaks from blowing me, to cough. I came and left after 25 min of an hr appt. She wanted me to write a review too!! Didn't, only because I've seen her many times and would have been a bad one.
