Any suggestions this will be my first visit?

I'll be visiting Baton Rouge and New Orleans this weekend I'm on a time limit about 24hrs in each place, but are there any places that you would suggest are must do's?

I think u Must Do ummmm ME! If you haven't seen my bedroom the view is awesome and the atmosphere is simply blissful (or it will be when u get here), hehehe!
