According to the article I posted they want you to go 60-120 days without masturbating. And they are mainly talking about normal masturbation rates. Weekly porn rate on their scale of bad is 4 hours to 15. If you watch porn 3 times a week for 2 hours each then you'd be considered out of control by their standards. This article isn't just about those with hypersexuality. They think porn in general is bad.
