I know this is going to gross some out, but one of my aunts used to make an oyster stuffing that was divine! She's no longer with us, but that's one of the things that I can draw on for a memory of her.

I like oysters on the half shell. The last time I got away for a night out I had two dozen myself.
Maybe I have spent too much time in New Orleans.
