My Annual Blanket & Jacket Drive - Conclusion

Today I will be wrapping up my annual jacket drive and will be hitting the streets shortly to hand out these jackets and blankets. I appreciate all the support you guys give me and I was equally impressed at the number of guys who simply wanted to donate their old coat or blanket even though they didn’t have the time, money, or maybe interest in a session with me … lol.

This year I gathered 23 jackets over a 8 week period and 11 blankets. That means tonight 34 people are going to have a small layer of warmth that many of us take for granted every night.

While my jacket drive is coming to a close, I would strongly encourage anyone with a extra jacket or blanket to get out and donate it; don’t bring it to a shelter or a resale shop, give it to the homeless guy or gal that you see everyday in your area of town.

Or you can always take a drive down by Pappa’s BBQ downtown and give it to one of the 100’s of Houstonians who calls the concrete under the Pierce Elevated their “home”.

Man Russ that was funny. Most of them are drunk all wrapped up now. I got this bum lady that stands at the corner she has had the same coat on all year. Even in the summer same red coat. Bitch was in the Walgreens line behind me once, fucking next to died from her smell. Smelled like old piss and shit and all manner of foul body orders my hope is that she gets a new coat from Brooke. I'll drive to the red light and give a couple bucks to homeless, in fact do it all the time. She keeps em warm, I feed them. But is she getting business out there walking the streets handing out these things? She always has a motive, its not just to be a "do gooder". Most of us donate things, give handouts, and do our part. Its common decency. Should I post a threAD every time I do? I vote to Ban for LIFE Bustyamy, she needs to go back where she belongs with the yard workers and construction workers at $100 per hour in backpage

In no way I am a fan of Brooke neither have seen her because my schedules have not been aligned but one of this days I will change that
