Married hobbyists, does the seven year itch term stand true?

The seven year itch states that someone who is married may become bored with their relationship with their SO after about seven years and often wants to start a sexual relationship with another person. Did it take past 7 years in your marriage to begin hobbying, or did it occur before 7?

No, I am not referencing STDs, (herpes), scabies, or the 1950s movie starring Marilyn Monroe and Tom Ewell.

I have nothing to contribute in this thread as I have never been married.

Mine came about 6 years early, but we had been living together first. It wasn't really about boredom, but that's all the detail I will provide.

I was looking at other women on my honeymoon. I didn't act on it for about a year, but I think if you are a dawg it doesn't take 7 years.

I am a self-professed man whore; in my third marriage which just hit 25 years. I was faithful during the first marriage and half of the second. And the first couple of years this time....now it is a bi-weekly itch.
