I honestly want to know why you guys complain about reasonable pricing like 130\hr , yet when you find a "provider" for 60 , you get upset about service . I'm not trying to ruffle any feathers , just really want to know .!

The guys in Georgia and South Carolina have no idea what they are complaining about...LOL...

I still believe that you get what you pay for. I am from SC the upstate area and yes if I know that she is a class A provider. I have no problem with the extra donation. I have seen several providers that I would like to meet in the short time I have been on this site. I will be back from Afghanistan next month. So I hope I will be able to see a class A provider. If not I can wait.
What you say about BP is true you never know what you are gonna get. So it is nice that you can read reviews of providers here. Then you can find out when they will be close to you.

Im here from Houston, Here is the same, BP is unpredictable. ECCIE is at least more reliable, especially if you will submit reviews. It's a free market. If you ask $$$ and don't get business, then like all other businesses you lower your price to compete or go out of business. If you are worthy of $$$$ you limit your clientele but good reviews and regulars increase your odds of more new business. BP here is 130 to 250. Houston is 150 to 300. Usually you get the quality you pay for.

Carolinas are all over the place I've seen as cheap as 60/hr FS up to 400hr.
Some ladies local to NC/SC do well with BP charging 200hr-250hr range but I haven't had a good experience with it yet in the Carolinas even with a well-written ad/great pics/being well-reviewed. Your better luck as far as sites goes for getting the rate you need without a hassle is probably here, P411, TER, Date-Check, EROS etc
